Latin Mass Attendance Doubled

IN FALL OF 2019

The traditional Latin Mass doubled in the diocese and the Latin Mass was moved to the newly established minor seminary.

As of 2021 attendance is near full capacity each Sunday.

The salvation of souls

In Spring of 2020

Met a former meth head in a Kansas City park. After talking to him a few times, and encouraging

Confession after many years was received back to the Church. The League was praying for his conversion.

In Summer of 2021

Professors, students and lay people had been praying for the Latin Mass to come on campus. The Abbot and three of his priests are currently learning to say the Latin Mass so by Fall, the plan is that it will be introduced to the campus. They had been praying the Chaplet of the Holy Face among other prayers for the intention of spreading the Latin Mass.

In Winter of 2022

Newly formed Leagues in Lafayette began praying for more priests to say the Latin Mass. One priest from the area added a Latin Mass every Wednesday.

In Summer of 2022

A second Latin mass was added at our church because there was not enough room to accommodate the attendance of our only Latin Mass. Attendance has almost tripled since moving to our new parish 2 and half years ago
